All payments for services provided by Promptly Digital are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to the start of the project.

Refunds may only be considered if Promptly Digital has not yet begun work on your project. Once work has started, no refunds will be issued.
2. Cancellations by Clients

Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice via email.

If cancellation occurs after work has started, clients remain responsible for payment of any completed work or hours already invested.

Prepaid services that have not yet been started may be eligible for partial refunds at Promptly Digital’s discretion.
3. Cancellations by Promptly Digital

Promptly Digital reserves the right to refuse or cancel services if a client violates our Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or fails to provide necessary information or payment.

In such cases, any unused prepaid funds may be refunded at our discretion.
4. Service Adjustments

If you are not satisfied with the initial delivery of a service, Promptly Digital may provide one revision or adjustment (depending on the service package purchased).

Additional revisions or requests beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.
