1. Payments & Refunds

  • All payments for services provided by Promptly Digital are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing prior to the start of the project.

  • Refunds may only be considered if Promptly Digital has not yet begun work on your project. Once work has started, no refunds will be issued.

2. Cancellations by Clients

  • Clients may cancel services at any time by providing written notice via email.

  • If cancellation occurs after work has started, clients remain responsible for payment of any completed work or hours already invested.

  • Prepaid services that have not yet been started may be eligible for partial refunds at Promptly Digital’s discretion.

3. Cancellations by Promptly Digital

  • Promptly Digital reserves the right to refuse or cancel services if a client violates our Terms & Conditions, engages in fraudulent activity, or fails to provide necessary information or payment.

  • In such cases, any unused prepaid funds may be refunded at our discretion.

4. Service Adjustments

  • If you are not satisfied with the initial delivery of a service, Promptly Digital may provide one revision or adjustment (depending on the service package purchased).

  • Additional revisions or requests beyond the agreed scope will be billed separately.
